EXN IP OSINT – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EXN IP OSINT. By accessing or using our web‑based OSINT tool (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is provided for legitimate informational and educational purposes only. You may use it to obtain publicly available information about IP addresses and domains. You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
To probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization.
To harass, abuse, or harm any person or entity.
To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying APIs.
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by EXN IP OSINT and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The EXN logo and name are our trademarks.

3. Third‑Party Services

The Service relies on third‑party APIs (including ipapi.co, ARIN RDAP, dns.google, and shodan.io). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or any data they collect. Your use of the Service also subjects you to the terms and policies of those third‑party providers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ANY DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS USED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EXN IP OSINT, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING IT.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EXN IP OSINT and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam.
